We are thrilled to introduce our upcoming training course, 'IAT: Inclusive Actions for Tolerance', set to take place in the picturesque city of Kalamata, Greece. This 7-day intensive program is designed for Youth Workers who are passionate about fostering a more inclusive society.

Training Course Overview:
Dates: 11th - 17th of February 2024 (7 Days)
Location: Kalamata, Greece
Participants: 30 Youth Workers from Greece, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, and Croatia
A Diverse Learning Experience: This unique training course will bring together youth workers with varying levels of expertise in non-formal education, youth work, and the integration of migrants and refugees. Our goal is to facilitate a dynamic environment where diverse experiences and perspectives fuel an enriching peer-to-peer learning process.
Engaging Activities: Participants will dive into an array of activities focused on tolerance, respect for different cultures, and inclusion of migrants. These will include:
Interactive discussions on addressing racism.
Analyzing hate speech trends on the internet.
Inclusive cooking sessions.
Simulation role-play games.
Impacting Change: The 'IAT: Inclusive Actions for Tolerance' course is more than just a training program; it's a movement towards greater societal change. Participants will not only enhance their skills and knowledge in inclusion practices but also learn to effectively organize and manage community activities that foster inclusivity.
A Lasting Resource: A key outcome of this project will be the creation of a comprehensive toolkit. This resource will provide guidelines and practical tips for organizing and managing youth activities centered on inclusion, tolerance, and cultural respect.
