Culti Multi is proud to share that one of our trainers, Fotini Arapi, participated in the international training course “Power Up Your Training with Generative AI” in Gyumri, Armenia, from 4 to 11 November 2025.
Organised by the International Youth Work Trainers Guild (IYWT Guild), this training brought together youth work trainers from across Europe and beyond, offering a high-quality, well-structured, and forward-thinking learning experience.
For us as an organization, participation in this training reflects our commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and responsible use of emerging tools within youth work.
The programme combined theoretical sessions, hands-on experimentation with AI tools, ethical discussions, collaborative tasks, and reflective moments. Trainers were encouraged to examine not only how generative AI works, but also how it should be used—with respect for youth work values, inclusion, accessibility, and critical thinking.

Fotini shared that the experience was “one of the most inspiring and eye-opening training weeks I have had,” explaining that “the course helped me understand not just how to use AI tools, but how to approach them responsibly and creatively.”
The training promoted a thoughtful approach to AI, highlighting its potential for supporting needs assessment, training design, activity creation, and project development—while also acknowledging its limitations.

Fotini returned with valuable practical insights that she has already begun integrating into her facilitation practice.
As she told us, “I came back with a new mindset. I feel more confident using AI to co-create educational materials, structure ideas, and enrich non-formal learning processes.”
Equally important were the connections formed with other trainers. The international group created a supportive, collaborative atmosphere that made space for exchanging tools, sharing personal experiences, and envisioning future joint projects.
Fotini described the group as “truly inspiring—people who reminded me of the power of community in youth work.”
Bringing the Learning Back to Culti Multi

We sincerely thank the International Youth Work Trainers Guild for organising such a high-quality and impactful experience. We are excited to apply the learning in our future activities and collaborations.
